Please keep in mind that Enluxtra is covered under Medicare part B for exuding wounds of ANY kind, 30 dressings per month, and has NO SUBSTITUTES. 

OPTION 2: 
 LET THE DOCTOR KNOW ABOUT FREE SAMPLES
If your doctor is not familiar with Enluxtra, let them know that there are FREE SAMPLES available for medical professionals at www.AnyWound.com, and they may order the initial treatment package for YOUR wound.

OPTION 3:  USE A MAP BELOW TO FIND A PRACTITIONER IN YOUR AREA.
Find a doctor's practices near you that are familiar with Enluxtra and can prescribe Enluxtra for your wound if needed. Just enter your address, or your city, or just a zip code - and see providers in your area. This database is updated twice a week.

If you can't find a provider near you, try to adjust your search distance, for example use a 50-mile distance instead of a 25-mile one.

How to Fill a Prescription

Important: your neighborhood pharmacies may not carry ENLUXTRA dressings. In that case you should fill your prescription through a DME distributor.

If your doctor gives you a prescription for ENLUXTRA wound dressings, follow these easy steps to fill it:
  1. Call any of our approved DME distributors: click here to see the full list.  
  2. Provide the required information about your prescription and insurance.
  3. Sit back and wait for ENLUXTRA dressings to be delivered to your door - usually free overnight delivery is available.

For wounds smaller than 5 cm (2"),  ENLUXTRA  dressing size 4”x4”  is appropriate (Medicare code A6196, 30 dressings/month).
For wounds larger than 5 cm (2") but smaller than 10 cm (4"),  ENLUXTRA dressing size 6”x6” is appropriate (Medicare code A6197, 30 dressings/month)
For wounds larger than 10 cm (4"), multiple ENLUXTRA 6”x6” dressings have to be used to cover the wound properly (Medicare code A6197, 30 dressings/month)
